Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you total control over your mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the email box account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
